McKesson is a Fortune 50 company in the health care industry, headquartered in San Francisco.
We developed a web application for sales process tracking that makes critical data throughout a sales cycle available to the Sales department so that they can close, monitor and renegotiate deals efficiently. Our objective was to design a very user-friendly sales tracking application that would help generate new deals, simplify sales processes and keep information flowing across different levels in the company.
The application tracks three types of processes - Deal, Renegotiation and Tactical. Users can add new processes, and any process can be edited and a Won / Lost / Renewed account status assigned to each process.
The application has an interactive dashboard, which provides accurate reporting on each process in a graphical format. The graphical reporting displays the process progress in bar charts and pie charts. The reports can be further drilled down by geographic regions by clicking on a US map.
Besides the dashboard functionality the application has extensive reporting capabilities. Users are able to view numerous customized reports in a user-friendly format. We also developed an efficient search engine and created an admin site that allows the administrator(s) to manage users and customers.
